This is a dynamic admin position that will involve daily travel to all our jobsites (most of which are in Park City) to facilitate communication between our subcontractors, clients and home office. This also has a high potential for advancement, as the career path will involve learning all the trades by proxy. Over a short period of time, we see our field admin becoming a fully functioning “Superintendent” who works independently and earns a significantly higher salary.

This is a construction company, but lack of experience in the industry is not only acceptable, it is an asset! We want you to learn how to perform your duties “The Natay way”, which is quite different than other construction companies. Utilizing a robust technological suite, you would be the eyes and ears of Natay Construction on our many job sites. You will be the communication bridge between our clientele, our subcontractors, and our home office. You may not have all the answers, but you will have a team of trade specialists, a project manager, a business developer, and the general contractor himself - all ready and able to provide ample support at any moment.

If all of the above describes your professional behavior and demeanor, we believe you could be a highly productive superintendent within a year. Since this is an entry-level position, we are offering 45-55k based on experience and capability. However, we expect swift advancement into a position that is often paid over the 6 figure mark.
