We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to fill this remarkable opportunity. • Lead and supervise interior sales representatives • Full-time role located on-site in Fresno, CA Responsibilities include monitoring calls from US and international clients. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of Real Estate ISAs in Fresno, CA, US, overseeing their daily tasks such as communication, scheduling, and performance evaluation. • Identify and choose potential ISAs based on their suitability for the role and sales proficiency. • Develop and execute training sessions aimed at improving the quality of qualification calls, script handling, and objection handling for ISAs. • Utilize dialers and applications for making calls and keeping updated with scripts. • Supervise call quality and offer constructive feedback for areas needing improvement. • Provide personalized feedback and address concerns of ISAs through regular interactions. • Participate in management meetings to provide insights and important updates. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience leading a team in a Real Estate Call Center environment, with a preference for previous mentoring roles. • A thorough knowledge of real estate markets and a proven ability to effectively engage with potential buyers is essential. • Exceptional communication skills are required, particularly in telephone sales, to demonstrate strong leadership qualities. • A positive and goal-oriented approach with the ability to motivate others is crucial for this role. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for creative thinking are key qualifications. • Proficiency in utilizing applications like Google Sheets, Slack, and other management systems is necessary. • Demonstrated capability to swiftly resolve issues in a fast-paced work setting. • Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish is considered advantageous for this position. Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
