Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Compensation: 100000 - 200000 yearly
