The elder law and estate planning firm of Nathan Ziegler & Associates is seeking a receptionist to provide front office client support.
As "director of first impressions", this person will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, answering phones, data entry in the client database, seating clients, ordering and stocking supplies, and processing mail.
The ideal candidate will be one who thrives in a client-focused environment, enjoys talking with people on the phone and making them feel comfortable in our office, is organized, enjoys supporting their co-workers, is quick on the computer, and enjoys working in a happy, low drama, goal-oriented team environment.
