    Job Description WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER CALL REPRESENTATIVE THAT WILL BE THE LIAISON BETWEEN OUR COMPANY AND ITS CURRENT AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RESPONDING TO INCOMING CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS, STRIVING TO EFFECTIVELY ADDRESS THEIR EVERY NEED.

    SALARY RANGE: $35000 - $45000 PER YEAR.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • SCHEDULE AND CONFIRM CLIENT APPOINTMENTS VIA PHONE AND EMAIL.

    • FACILITATE AND RESOLVE CLIENT SERVICE REQUESTS.

    • MAINTAIN DAILY CONTACT WITH CUSTOMERS TO DOCUMENT AND REPORT ON THE STATUS OF PENDING INQUIRIES REGARDING ACCOUNT PROBLEMS, PLUS SOME OUTGOING PHONE CALLS.

    • PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH ACTIVE LISTENING.

    • ACTIVE PROBLEM-SOLVER WHO LISTENS FOR CUSTOMER CUES AND ACTIVELY RESOLVES PROBLEMS WITH GRACE AND INTEGRITY.

    • UPBEAT, POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND AN APPROACH TO WORK ROOTED IN PROFESSIONALISM.

    • SET UP CLIENT FILES AND OBTAIN NECESSARY INFORMATION.

    • MEET PERSONAL/TEAM QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE TARGETS.

    • SEIZE OPPORTUNITIES TO UP-SELL PRODUCTS WHEN THEY ARISE.

    • INPUT DATA INTO THE COMPANY COMPUTER PLATFORM TO KEEP EACH CUSTOMER RECORD UPDATED.

    Qualifications

    • ASSOCIATE’S/BACHELOR’S DEGREE AND/OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED.

    • STRONG PHONE AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS ALONG WITH ACTIVE LISTENING

    • ABILITY TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS TO RESOLVE INQUIRIES.

    • GOOD COMPUTER AND TYPING SKILLS.

    • SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL.
