About the Role
We're looking for a high-performance National Account Executive who thrives in a fast-moving, transactional sales environment. This is a high-velocity role focused on selling to personal injury law firms across the country.
If you have experience selling SaaS, software, or legal services , and you're motivated by helping firms grow while making a real-world impact—this is the role for you.
You'll be responsible for managing your pipeline, conducting high-volume outreach, running fast discovery-to-close cycles, and driving new revenue across a defined territory. This is not a slow, relationship-nurture sales role— this is high-urgency, high-activity, revenue-focused work.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a fast-paced B2B environment
- Consistently manage and grow a pipeline of personal injury law firms across multiple regions
- Conduct high-urgency discovery and pitch calls with attorneys and legal decision-makers
- Convert inbound interest and proactively prospect for outbound opportunities
- Position Quintessa's lead generation solutions clearly and persuasively, including our compliance, intake, and qualification processes
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue and activity quotas
- Log and manage opportunities and communications in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with the client success team to ensure smooth onboarding and revenue growth post-sale
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in SaaS, software, or legal sales (PI lead generation experience is a plus)
- Proven success in short-cycle, high-volume sales environments
- Strong phone presence and confidence selling to attorneys and executives
- Comfortable running 30+ outbound touches a day and closing multiple deals a week
- Understands legal sales dynamics and can quickly align with firm goals
- Competitive mindset, goal-driven, and thrives under pressure
- Highly coachable, metrics-driven, and disciplined with time and tools
