National Account Manager - Allergan Aesthetics
Job Description
Allergan Medical Aesthetics National Accounts represent the most complex customers within the organization. This customer segment is in expansion mode and, as the NAM, you will be responsible for onboarding new entrants, accelerating growth and protecting market share across Allergan’s portfolio of aesthetic products for FDA approved uses. The role is high-touch, requiring strong executive presence, experience in consultative selling, business strategy across multi-location and collaboration. Success will require skills to problem solve operational challenges, discover, define and unlock mutual market opportunity, effectively communicate across Allergan Internal sales teams and leadership.

Strong business planning skills and the ability to execute plans through a vast network of field colleagues
Proven history of identifying opportunities and goals with key customers, creating customer specific business plans, designing mutually agreed to Key Strategic Initiatives, deploying resources and tactics to achieve KPIs, and achieving measurable success

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
