    National Account Manager - Commercial Roofing Company - Base Salary to 120k/year - Charlotte, NC

    • AllSearch Recruiting is working with an east coast based commercial roofing company, who is in need of a National Account Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a very strong national accounts background selling to corporate accounts as the average sale for this company is $750,000. Our client takes on large industrial commercial roofing projects mostly on the east coast and this fully remote position will continue to help build the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads for new business through various methods of communications.
    • Identify potential new clients and develop relationship with key decision makers.
    • Frequent communication with new and existing customers to ensure full quality and satisfaction.
    • Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client.
    • Ability to conduct presentations or demonstrations remotely.
    • Attend association, industry, and networking events.
    • Work closely with local Service departments as well as the National Business Development Management and Team to ensure they are informed on business activities and issues.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience hunting and building National Accounts with a preference selling large roofing or construction projects.
    • Establish prospecting plan; identify potential clients using knowledge of the market electronic databases, trade shows, networking events, and other sources of information
    • Through direct calling, email and other contact efforts you will identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities
    • Collect and manage market and customer intelligence
    • Manage existing accounts while consistently generating new accounts

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 80k - 120k/year range
    • Strong Commission package with compensation expectation of 200k - 400k
    • Fully Remote with travel
