    The Role We are looking for a grocery channel specialist to own Savia USA's national and regional grocery account growth. This person understands how to navigate category reviews, planogram cycles, slotting, and promotional programming at major chains like Kroger, Albertsons, Whole Foods, Publix, or comparable banners. You know the rhythm of grocery selling and have the buyer relationships to open doors and get on shelf. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing with no layers between you and decisions.

    What You Will Do

    Open and manage national and regional grocery chain accounts from initial pitch through purchase order and reset execution

    Navigate category review cycles, planogram submissions, and slotting requirements at major banners

    Build and present data-driven sell stories using velocity stats, IRI or SPINS data, and category trends

    Work with broker partners and retail distributors to drive in-store execution and promotional compliance

    Manage promotional calendars and trade spend in coordination with internal operations and finance

    Attend trade shows, buyer summits, and ECRM events to advance account relationships

    Manage a rolling pipeline and report account status and forecast directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing

    What We Are Looking For

    5+ years of CPG sales experience with a clear focus on the grocery and natural channel

    Existing buyer relationships at national or regional grocery chains — this is non-negotiable

    Proven track record of selling through category reviews, securing shelf placement, and driving velocity post-launch

    Experience working with grocery brokers and retail distributors

    Familiarity with IRI, SPINS, or Nielsen data and how to build a compelling category story from it

    Beverage category experience strongly preferred — functional beverages, better-for-you, RTD, or juice

    Self-starter who manages their own pipeline, travel, and trade calendar without needing oversight

    Comfortable building and presenting sell sheets, planogram proposals, and promotional programming decks

    Compensation and Benefits

    Base Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience

    Commission: Performance-based, uncapped

    Bonus: Account milestone and annual performance bonuses

    Cell phone and internet stipend
