    Position Summary
    We are seeking a driven, strategic National Account Manager to serve as the primary sales representative for high-value national and multi-national accounts in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will foster long-term relationships, deliver integrated HSE solutions, and drive value across multiple service lines. This role is responsible for maximizing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and negotiating multi-site contracts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the lead sales contact and relationship manager for assigned national clients.
    • Identify and address clients’ HSE-related business challenges through tailored service solutions.
    • Drive account growth by meeting/exceeding sales targets and cross-selling services.
    • Manage and respond to large-scale RFPs and develop strategic pricing models.
    • Accurately forecast revenue, track opportunities, and provide ongoing account reporting.
    • Collaborate with internal operations teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Navigate economic factors affecting accounts including cost, margins, and profitability.
    • Lead contract negotiations for national or complex commercial agreements.
    • Mentor sales staff in value-added solution selling and long-term account development.
    • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
    • Maintain detailed client records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of high-level, conceptual B2B sales experience, preferably in the oil & gas, energy, or industrial services sectors.
    • 1–2 years of experience working with downstream clients (refineries, chemical plants).
    • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive revenue growth.
    • Deep understanding of sales strategy, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
    • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
