Job Summary: As RYSE’s National Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s sales efforts by overseeing national key accounts with clients, conceiving and executing business strategies to drive corporate objectives, and managing other sales members in the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts
Ideate and propose strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Coach and mentor key account managers, handling escalations and proposing timely and effective solutions at addressing any issues
Understand the client’s needs, objectives, and any challenges faced throughout the course of the business relationship
Promote loyalty and retention by providing key accounts with excellent communication, service, and client advocacy
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and apply a sales strategy to generate increased revenue
Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to seamlessly execute promotional programs and sales activities with key accounts
Report on products, category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends
Ensure costs are controlled, monitored, and budgets are not exceeded
Flexible with travel as needed for the role
Education and Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of Wholesalers, distributor and retail customers
Proven success in generating high-growth sales
Experience in a key account leadership role
Experience using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
Experience using data systems such as VIP/Karma
Experience selling consumer packaged goods (CPG), preferably Energy/Beverage
Able to work at a desk/on a computer for up to 8 hours a day
Standout Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Personal passion for health and wellness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time-management and organizational skills
Able to establish and maintain positive rapport and credibility with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and all levels of collaborating partners
