National Accounts Sales Manager

Position Overview
We’re looking for a high-level sales professional to lead and expand national account relationships across multiple markets. This role is all about building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and serving as the go-to resource for large commercial clients. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, estimating, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery across regions.
What You’ll Do
• Build and manage relationships with national clients across multiple regions
• Identify and close new commercial roofing and service opportunities
• Partner with REITs, property managers, facility directors, and national brands
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute projects across multiple locations
• Ensure consistent, high-level service delivery across all markets
• Travel to meet clients and represent the company at industry events
• Manage pipeline, track revenue goals, and drive account growth
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years in commercial roofing, construction sales, or facility services
• Strong network within commercial real estate or property management
• Proven ability to close large-scale projects and service agreements
• Experience managing multi-location or national accounts
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mentality with a drive to grow and win
• Willingness to travel as needed
