The National Accounts Manager is responsible for two core functions within the business: driving commercial sales in the Nashville market and managing the administrative side of the National Accounts program. This role is a commission-based and monthly retainer sales position focused on building relationships, generating new business, following up on opportunities, and helping close multi-unit, commercial, and commercial property-based jobs.
On the sales side, this person will prospect for new commercial opportunities in Nashville, including property managers, apartment communities, multi-unit properties, and other strategic accounts. They will handle outreach, site visits, follow-up, estimate review, and relationship development to help grow recurring commercial revenue. This role is expected to keep opportunities moving through the pipeline and maintain strong communication with prospects from first contact through close.
On the administrative side, the National Accounts Manager will support the internal coordination and organization of the National Accounts program. This includes tracking leads, maintaining account information, helping manage follow-up cadence, supporting proposal and estimate workflows, coordinating communication, and making sure opportunities are moving through the process correctly. This person serves as a key link between field sales activity and the back-end systems needed to keep national and commercial accounts organized.
The ideal candidate is strong in sales, organized in follow-through, comfortable with both relationship-building and detail work, and motivated by performance-based compensation. They should be able to balance proactive business development in Nashville with consistent administrative support for the broader National Accounts program.
