Position Overview: As a Camera Car Driver & Field Investigator, your role will be indispensable in locating and securing our client's collateral in the Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton, Ohio area. You'll utilize License Plate Recognition equipment, conduct heavy surveillance, and conduct infield interviews. Your work will be crucial in ensuring our company's reputation as one of the most respected repossession firms in Ohio. We value self-motivated individuals who love working outdoors and are driven by financial success.

Educational Requirements:

A high school diploma or a G.E.D. with a continuous record of learning.

Work Experience:

Demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively in an outside environment without direct supervision while following direction from remote management.

Possess the ability to act discreetly in your role.

Experience in skip tracing, field locating, private investigations, or auto repossessions is strongly preferred.

Organizational Skills and Knowledge:

Maintain a clean driving record with no more than TWO points on your driver's license.

Be at least 23 years of age to meet commercial insurance requirements.

Show reliability, a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a drug-free lifestyle, free from abuse of illegal and legal drugs.

Present a clean and professional appearance.

Exhibit familiarity and proficiency in using a smartphone.

Possess strong communication, analytical, and "street knowledge" skills.

Comfortably connect a laptop to the internet and resolve minor connectivity issues.

Communicate fluently in English and be able to engage effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.

Adhere to the agreed-upon attendance schedule with your supervisor.

Compensation:

Enjoy a $400 Weekly base salary, setting the foundation for financial stability.

$25 per recovery commission! Plus monthly bonus's that can elevate your total hourly earnings to an average of $17-$20+ per hour.
