    NATIONAL AUTO LOAN NETWORK - LOAN OFFICER / PHONE SALES

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Over the last nine years the NATIONAL AUTO LOAN NETWORK has grown to be one of America's fastest growing direct to consumer automobile lenders. We are currently doing business over the phone with hundreds of people on a daily basis and we are expanding our operations. Because of this we are looking to add LOAN OFFICERS to our Team.

    If you have a resume with at least 3 years working in a sales and or finance department in a Retail Automobile Dealership or selling Vehicle Service Contracts over the phone this career opportunity is for you.

    A LOAN OFFICER (“LO”) is a critical position, and it is at the center of what we do at NALN. This position communicates with consumers in various parts of the country about securing an auto loan and or offering and selling a vehicle service contract. As a LOAN OFFICER you will discuss loan options with consumers, review and analyze pertinent documents and information, input consumer information into our proprietary software system, and sell the loan along with ancillary products either within or outside the loan to the consumer once it is approved.

    KEY DELIVERABLES

    • In the first week, learn the role of a AUTO / VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT LOAN OFFICER
    • How to use the enterprise system to quickly and accurately fill in the consumer data;
    • What constitutes a complete application
    • How to answer the phone and how to make outbound calls to consumers who have already applied
    • Complete all steps in processing a loan request.
    • In the first month, work with team members to understand the following:
    • Company history
    • Team members and their roles
    • Product offerings
    • Loan variables and how to “close” a loan
    • Spend at least 6 HOURS PER DAY on the phone talking with consumers
    • Make outbound calls to follow up on applications in the system
    • Take inbound calls as requested from consumers who are looking to obtain financing. * Obtain and enter necessary information into the software platform within 24 hours of talking with a consumer.
    • Submit a minimum of 10 COMPLETED loan applications each day for approval.
    • THERE ARE NO COLD CALLS. You are only calling people whom have already applied

    After 60 days of being at the NATIONAL AUTO LOAN NETWORK you will get health benefits offered to you along with a sign-up twice per year for the Company sponsored 401K where we will match up to 3% of your contribution.

    SCHEDULE: General Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM: (Based on production)

    COMPENSATION : Plan: $27,040 base + commission; Paid weekly, W-2
