FUNDING SPECIALIST  NATIONAL AUTO LOAN NETWORK – Tustin, CA

Over the last ten years the National Auto Loan Network has grown to be one of America's fastest growing direct to consumer automobile lenders. We are currently doing business over the phone with hundreds of people on a daily basis and we are expanding our operations. Because of this we are looking to add a Funder to our Team.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented individual to help our funding department. The candidate should have great computer skills and be detail oriented and enjoy working in a team environment. If you enjoy the fast-paced environment and being challenged this job is great for you.

Computer skills, email etiquette, and attention to detail are a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Funder will be responsible for reviewing and verifying loan applications and communicating with loan applicants regarding the loan application process.

• Ensure stipulations and documentation are in order and are valid.

• Submit completed loan documents to lenders in a timely manner.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Data Entry & Computer Skills

• Great Customer Service and comfortable on the phone.

• Conduct interviews, employment and residence verification for loan applicants.

• Review loan applications, clarify and obtain additional information as needed.

• Verify loan application information by ordering credit, employment, and earnings reports; mail verification forms; and contact verification sources.

• Create and maintain loan application files and database.

• Maintain customer confidence by keeping all loan information confidential.

• Professional, confident, and eager to grow is a must!

• Bilingual Spanish a plus

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• One (1) year of office environment in finance or related experience is preferred

After 60 days of being at the National Auto Loan Network you will get health benefits offered to you along with a sign-up twice per year for the Company sponsored 401K where we will match up to 5% of your contribution.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30pm

Salary: $18 + /hour (DOE) + commission; Paid weekly, W-2
