WE ARE SEEKING AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN FORT WORTH, TX! The Inside Sales Representative role facilitates additional, incremental sales opportunities and provide administrative support to our existing customers in partnership with the Sales Manager and Owners.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Conduct needs analysis to uncover cross-selling opportunities to present solutions
- Use the facts found in the needs analysis phase to present a compelling demonstration of our suite of products and create client buy-in
- Probe for objections, skilled at removing obstacles or eliminating barriers to gain commitment
- Lead the sales process to a close by demonstrating our company's superior value proposition
- Provide administrative assistance to customers, purchasing managers, and account owners for contract and billing issues
- Update customer resource management through Epicor Profit 21 software system
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information though pipeline analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge of industrial supplies, safety products, welding products, abrasives, or fasteners
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales with proven success
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Communication skills verbal & written
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be positive & growth oriented
- Strong knowledge of windows based computers/operating system
- Reliable Transportation
