    Tired of the daily grind of primary care or OR grunt work? Tired of scut? Tired of dealing with bodily fluids? Looking for a clean work environment in the outpatient setting, away from the drudgery of typical healthcare? Tired of taking calls? If so, you would like our practice... We are a Traumatic Brain Injury Practice; we evaluate patients who have suffered from trauma to their brain in the past and have resultant cognitive and physical dysfunction from said injury

    Responsibilities:

    We offer thorough training with self-study curriculum + hands-on training NO blood draws, foleys, lines, or other bodily-fluid work. NO scut. NO hospital or office politics. NO bureaucracy. NO paperwork (we are 100% paperless). NO never-ending mindless admin work.

    Conduct thorough evaluations, to include history, physical exam, ROS, and detailed history of symptoms s/p brain injury.

    Create a comprehensive treatment plan to address all symptoms and update plans as needed.

    Collaborate with MA to ensure timely completion of prior authorization requests, requests from attorneys, and requests from patients.

    Obtain or maintain DEA license.

    Medication management for post-traumatic headaches, anxiety, depression, PTSD, vertigo, nausea, and other conditions related to the brain injury.

    Utilize EMR to maintain accurate demographic information, scheduling of patients' appointments, and order medications.

    Utilize a cloud-based platform to complete all visit report forms and testing documents and reports.

    Requirements:

    An amiable personality is an absolute requirement. Our patients have suffered life-changing brain injury. They need to trust and have confidence in our providers, to be able to build a strong relationship with them. Therefore, only NPs with sincere, affable personalities who can connect strongly with our patients can be considered. No “cold fish” please. We don’t need geniuses, the work we do is not rocket science. Rather, we seek Team Members with warm personalities, who can connect with our patients. Ultimately, our reputation is built upon the patients’ experiences with us.

    Ambitious and driven. Our organization is growing rapidly. We are looking for leaders, not clock-punchers.

    Graduated NP school in 2014 or later.

    Must be proficient with technology including smartphones, G-Suite cloud-products (e.g. Google Sheets, Documents), and EHRs (ours is Practice Fusion)

    Fluent in Spanish and English -- both written and spoken. The creation/proofreading of medical reports with strong narrative and perfect English grammar and syntax is predicated on this.

    Job Benefits:

    Starting salary range is $135,000 depending on skills, experience, and personality

    Full-time and Permanent Position, Mon-Fri, 9a-5p no call, no weekends

    W2 position, paid via ACH direct deposit every Bi-weekly
