This position will perform daily invoice functions such as: creating invoices, researching and fixing billing errors, and performing general administrative duties. Looking for individuals that can interface with internal and external customers in a clear and pleasant way, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, can make quick and accurate math calculations, and can multitask. Seeking candidates with two+ years of experience in a clerical or customer service setting. Prior experience with invoicing and basic accounting knowledge is preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: Level II: BA/BS degree in: Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline required. Minimum of 2-7 years of professional experience is required.
