Membership Services position is a full time position with the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners in their lovely Sparta corporate office. In this position you will process customer application, answer questions either by phone or online, document phone calls, filing, and other office duties. Must know excel, Microsoft word, very knowledgeable with computers, answering phones, social media. Able to work independently, fast learner and team player. Must have a 4 year degree and only experience professionals apply. A plus if you have worked in the health care industry. M- F 9 am to 5 pm.
