JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking/making large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Selling business loans and business debt restructuring program
• Identifying business owners hardship
• Collect Client's Documents for our underwriting department
• Present approval offer to business owner(s)
• Meeting production numbers and goals on a monthly basis
• Fast paced high call volume environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 3 years in sales, preferably Business Loans, Merchant Cash Advance, Debt Settlement, Mortgage, Tax Relief, or Bankruptcy industry
• Must be a Closer
• Ability to speak with business owners about their financial situation.
• Strong work ethic
• Effective time management skills
• Understanding of how to use a CRM and Outlook
• Basic computer skills and data entry
• Previous call center/sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Motivated for success

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors preferred, Associates Degree or High School Diploma also accepted
