The Director of Business Development, USA will lead strategic growth and market expansion efforts across the country, with a focus on driving revenue, building key partnerships, and growing the company’s footprint in the nutraceutical sector.

• Remote position—applicants must reside in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve up to $10M in annual sales and increase market share.
• Source and secure new B2B opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Independently close deals of up to $1M.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, distributors, and major stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and inform sales planning.
• Support product launches and promotional efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare business proposals and sales forecasts for senior management.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and industry standards.
• Manage the sales pipeline and client interactions via CRM and digital channels.
• Negotiate profitable contracts and maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or scientific discipline (e.g., B.Pharm, Biotechnology, Food Science); MBA preferred.
• At least 12 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or marketing for nutraceuticals, supplements, food ingredients, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong CRM, sales analytics, and e-commerce expertise.
• Knowledge of US nutraceutical market and regulations.
• Experience working with international teams is a plus.

Compensation: $135,000–$155,000 base salary plus benefits stipend, and commission.
