    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage relationships with high-value clients across the construction industry.

    • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts.

    • Provide labor productivity consulting to clients, offering solutions to improve efficiency across their operations.

    • Travel up to 50% to meet with clients, manage accounts, and maintain strong relationships.

    • Regularly visit job sites to foster client connections, identify project needs, and ensure consistent satisfaction.

    • Actively support and promote safety measures for all craft professionals, helping maintain a safe work environment across all locations.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver customized staffing solutions for complex projects.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of high-level experience in construction staffing, labor consulting, or a related field.

    • Deep expertise in national, industrial, and mission-critical sectors.

    • Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.

    • Strong business development skills with a consistent track record of acquiring new clients.

    • Experience providing consulting and designing customized labor solutions for complex projects.

    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
