    Job Description

    National Employee Benefits Administrators, Inc. (NEBA) is a full service, licensed Third Party Administrator providing benefit administration services to Taft-Hartley, Public and Private Sector clients. We are looking for a positive and highly motivated full-time receptionist to become an integral part of our team. As the Receptionist you will be the company's first impression.

    Answer incoming telephone calls and greet visitors/guests professionally, determine purpose of the calls and forward calls to appropriate departments and/or personnel, receive and deliver messages accurately, determine the nature and purpose of the visit and contacting personnel to provide assistance, Assist in performing some basic clerical duties such as sorting mail, reports, faxing, logging incoming/outgoing mail, receive UPS, Fed-Ex deliveries and give to respective personnel, prepare UPS labels and certified Mail upon request.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills, ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner, ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.

    Experience Preferred: 1 year of Customer Service experience

    Languages Required: English and Spanish - conversational and written

    Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

    Schedule:

    • M-F 8-5
