    Customer Insight/Data Analyst

    We are onsite 5 days per MONTH

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Insights Analyst to join our Client Services team. As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer data through the customer lens. Your focus will be on translating direct customer feedback into the process of enhancing the customer experience and influencing data-driven decisions.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • gathering customer data from various sources, such as surveys, transaction activity, and client interactions;
    • developing customer profiles and personas to better understand different customer groups;
    • performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the customer experience;
    • identifying customer needs, preferences, and pain points through data analysis;
    • translating data findings into clear, actionable insights;
    • preparing reports, visualizations, and presentations to effectively communicate customer insights to stakeholders;
    • collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into decision-making processes and to enhance the customer experience; and
    • contributing to strategies aimed at optimizing customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

    You should possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
    • 3-5 years of proven experience in customer analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages
    • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
    • Attention to detail and the ability to grasp the big picture
    • Customer centricity
    • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
