Customer Insight/Data Analyst
We are onsite 5 days per MONTH
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Insights Analyst to join our Client Services team. As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer data through the customer lens. Your focus will be on translating direct customer feedback into the process of enhancing the customer experience and influencing data-driven decisions.
