    We are a thriving, exciting franchise system with a great culture looking for a motivated Marketing professional to join our Senior Management team.

    SUMMARY

    The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Manager is to effectively plan, develop and implement the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization and its brands.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Provide planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are developed to meet or exceed the goals of the Marketing plan

    · Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual strategic marketing plan for the organization

    · Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, SEO, and PR

    · Plan and oversee the organization's national advertising, branding, and promotional activities

    · Coordinate production of a wide range of marketing communications

    · Chair the Brand Marketing Committee and manage Brand Marketing initiatives

    · Oversee and monitor, and manage all brand websites, online reputation, social media and digital marketing

    · Guide the day-to-day activities of marketing department team and identify and manage outsourced vendors

    · Oversee all creative, copy writing, design, layout, photo shoots, production, and implementation of marketing materials

    · Drive marketing initiatives company-wide

    · Provide leadership, support, and strategic direction to the brand

    · Oversee production of marketing, digital branding, and training videos and other content

    · Manage Prototyping environment

    · Collaborate closely with the Franchise Development Department and the Franchise System on marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns and initiatives

    · Support Franchisee marketing requests and questions

    · Support Franchise Development through content updates

    · Develop and track KPI’s and manage the marketing budget to meet forecasts

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

    · Develop and maintain sales collateral, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.

    · Conduct market research to determine trends and requirements for existing and future products.

    · Analyze results of advertisement and marketing campaigns

    · Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including email broadcast campaigns, social media, PPC campaigns, trade shows and events, public relations, franchisee and customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, search engine directories and other marketing plans

    · Prepare new product marketing plans for product and/or service launches; develop product and/or service launch packages to the system

    · Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve brand reputation and recognition

    · Monitor and evaluate key Learning and Development training categories: marketing, sales, product, service, and technical support

    · Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

    · Oversee and gather content for system-wide weekly newsletter

    · Manage marketing team

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    · Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field

    · 5+ years of experience and proven track record of success in marketing roles within the franchise industry.

    · Preferred experience with franchise model.

    · Confident, driven and dynamic leader

    · Google and Facebook Certifications a plus

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    The employee works remotely at home office. Some travel may be required.
