    Job Description

    National Gear Repair Inc is seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team focusing on preparing/examining/data entry and filing of all of the financial records for the company as well as process payroll for a shop of about 10 employees. 

    This position would be full time Monday Through Friday 7 Am Start time 

    We are offering 30-40 dollars per hour depending on experience 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
    • Compute and record numerical data into Quickbooks 
    • Process Payroll For Our Shop 
    • Check the accuracy of business transactions
    • Perform data entry and administrative duties as needed 
    • Prepare, Manage and Submit all quarterly BOE Tax documentation.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
    • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Ability to Process Payroll
