Job description We are looking for a Bookkeeper Staff Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Responsibilities: * Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports * Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets * Perform inventory audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements * Create new processes to improve financial efficiency * Report daily analysis and findings to management team ​ Qualifications: * Previous experience in accounting/bookkeeping or other related fields * Experienced in Quickbooks Online * Experience with Excel and other various spreadsheets * Strong analytical and problem solving skills Duties include but are not limited to: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, multiple state sales tax, payroll tax, employee IRA match payments, daily and monthly bank reconciliations, inventory, client IRA set-up and monitoring, telephone skills. Accurate filing and record keeping. Applicant must be able to pass a background screening, be dependable, reliable and honest.
