As the Sales Development Representative, the focus would be on creating and sustaining relationships with new clients, recognizing sales openings, and ultimately helping to grow our always-expanding customer base. Responsibilities: • Generate outbound contacts with likely customers and pursue inbound leads. • Engage prospects, and monitor development • Evaluate and cater to customer needs, implement sales methods, and conclude transactions • Utilize customer management systems to maintain contact lists, record customer interactions. • Sustain expertise of all available sales methods and products to ensure high-level service and performance. Qualifications: • Previous experience in CRM helpful • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service • US work authorization • Adeptness at cultivating relationships, building rapport and closing sales • Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal) Compensation: $33,500 - $70,000 yearly
