    • Our client, a national real estate investment and property management company, is seeking a National Leasing Director to lead leasing strategy, performance optimization, and market-driven decision-making across the entire portfolio. The National Leasing Director will partner closely with the executive team, field operations, marketing, and asset management to drive occupancy, streamline leasing operations, and deliver a high-performance leasing culture throughout the organization.
    • This is a strategic and highly collaborative leadership role ideal for a leasing expert with strong analytical ability, CRM/reporting experience, and a track record of driving measurable sales outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary corporate leader for all leasing functions, partnering with the VP of Leasing to define vision, goals, and strategic direction.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with field teams, ensuring alignment between headquarters and on-site operations.
    • Develop and execute leasing workflow strategies to increase occupancy, maximize renewals, and reduce vacancy days.
    • Build and maintain portfolio-wide reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
    • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and recommend tactical adjustments to outperform market conditions.
    • Partner with marketing leadership to establish and evaluate portfolio-wide marketing strategies and budgets.
    • Ensure leasing and renewal initiatives are executed consistently across properties.
    • Provide field teams with data-driven insights and practical recommendations to accelerate results.
    • Stay current with Fair Housing, credit reporting laws, and regulatory requirements affecting leasing.
    • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of leasing technology, CRM platforms, and related tools.
    • Represent the company professionally with external partners, vendors, associations, and stakeholders.
    • Support training, onboarding, and development of field leasing teams.
    • Participate in industry research, ongoing education, and leasing-related trend evaluation.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within property management or multifamily leasing.
    • 5+ years of experience in leasing, renewals, or sales-driven property operations.
    • Strong CRM, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred.
    • Strong understanding of Fair Housing, federal housing laws, and local tenant regulations.
    • Ability to travel up to 95% across company-owned properties.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary up to 130k/year
