WealthBridge Financial Group is a rapidly growing boutique financial services firm (part of National Life Insurance Company, Montpelier, VT Est.1848) in search of creative and passionate recruiting professional. Base Salary of $40,000 to $50,000 plus placement bonuses. Earnings potential is six figures. 

As an Executive Recruiter Assistant affiliated with WealthBridge Financial you’ll:

·        Build and maintain strong recruiting pipeline while supporting the CEO. Maintain & manage calendars, meetings, and appointment processes to the firm.

·        Focus on delivering value-added recruiting experience.

·        Position yourself as a counselor — the person people turn to when considering making a career or B/D change.

·        Leverage our robust infrastructure and practice management expertise to build a recruiting practice.

·        Network with Experienced Advisors and other professional to create truly powerful referral networks.

·        Be part of a collaborative team, all working together to cultivate a strong network.
