Position Overview
Lemonade Day is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented National Operations Associate to support the National Team in streamlining program operations, managing logistics, and ensuring our city leaders have the tools and systems they need for success.
This full-time role will be based in Houston, TX, at our national office. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to contribute to the scale and impact of our national youth entrepreneurship program.
Primary Responsibilities:
Program & Systems Support
- Set up and manage online registrations for city-based programs across North America
- Troubleshoot app support issues for city-based leaders
- Onboard new City Directors and help integrate them into our systems
- Set up new city program leaders and ensure access to necessary tools and resources
Reporting & Data Management
- Compile monthly program metrics and business results
- Submit invoices related to city licensing
- Perform quarterly reconciliation of business results
- Upload registration information to Salesforce on a quarterly basis
Finance & Administrative Support
- Process, code, and submit vendor and program invoices
- Review invoices for accuracy, proper documentation, and correct coding
- Track invoice status and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain organized digital records of invoices and payment documentation
- Support month-end and quarter-end invoice and expense reconciliation
HR Operations & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Set up and remove employee access to systems, tools, and platforms
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and employee records
Logistics & Operations
- Manage office supply inventory for our Houston headquarters
- Order and reconcile program materials for participating cities
Special Projects
- Lead project management for the Community Resources Alignment Initiative
- Support other administrative and operational needs as requested
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Technical Proficiency
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven success in project management roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce
- Experience with Gusto / HRIS & Payroll, Ramp (or other Expense Management Systems) and Intuit / QuickBooks
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Box.com, and SurveyMonkey preferred

Work Environment & Schedule
- This is a full-time, primarily in-office role based in Houston, TX
- While Mondays are traditionally remote for the team, this role may occasionally be required to be in the office on Mondays depending on operational needs
- 40 hour work week
- Occasional nights and weekends in support of local events
Compensation and Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience and regional cost of living.
