Assists Regional Directors of Operations and Executive Directors with community supervision and management on a temporary, extended or as needed basis. May be assigned to a community during a director vacancy, start up, acquisition, and leaves of absence. May support the regional operations team with special projects, quality assurance or support operationally and sales focused communities.
Conducts operations that are consistent with strategic initiatives to uphold and improve occupancy, resident satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. Successfully functions in multiple roles to comprehensively support the community in all areas of operations and quality assurance.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years’ experience in Senior Housing
3-5 years leadership experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
A demonstrated ability to lead others
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Thrives in an organized, collaborative, detail-oriented environment
Strives for excellence in oneself and others
Able to complete assigned tasks independently and deliver on time
Must be licensed according to state requirements.
May be required to be licensed in multiple states
Position requires frequent travel that meets the needs of the company and community.
Schedule will require flexibility and ability to work weekends and extended periods as required by the responsibilities and expectations of the job.
