Part-time Front Desk & Facility Operations, Barrington, IL

_Good Shepherd Health & Fitness Center - Working approximately 15-20 hours per week _

HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk & Facility Operations staff member to join the team at our large community client site in Barrington, IL. While at the front desk, you will greet, check-in customers and assist by providing information on programs, services, and membership. You will also help with facility operations by checking pool chemicals and performing light cleaning, organization, and general tidiness around the fitness floor. Other duties as needed/assigned.

What you’ll provide:

• Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within the first 30 days of hire.
• A positive attitude with a customer service focus. Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
• Flu vaccination required during Fall 2023.
• This client site requires full COVID-19 vaccination as an essential job function. HealthFitness adheres to all federal, state and local COVID-19 vaccination regulations as well as all client COVID-19 vaccination requirements and will obtain the necessary information from candidates prior to employment to ensure compliance.
