POSITION SUMMARY:
Position will support and collaborate with key business partners and assist in the interpretation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage all HR processes for assigned client groups.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees from an HR perspective.
- Consult with leadership on various employee relations issues pertaining to performance, conduct, compensation, staffing, etc.
- Support client groups in workforce planning and recruitment.
- Attend appropriate staff meetings and other departmental meetings as a member of the client group leadership team.
KNOWLEDGE:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices and systems
- Working knowledge of benefits, compensation, staffing process, and employment law
- Strong emotional intelligence
EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of experience in human resources or related field.
- Co-op, internship, or fellowship experience acceptable.
- Experience with SAP, a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related discipline
- Human Resources or Business preferred
