    Required Skills

    The Quality Administrative Assistant provides support to the Quality department in numerous administrative ways, to include the collection, scanning, maintenance, and auditing of Quality documents including, but not limited to, Supplier Certificates of Conformance, Local Test Documents, Customer Confirmation of Receipts, Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), OE Work Orders, RS Service Orders, etc. This support role is critical to the effectiveness of Quality department and all sub-teams within. 

    1. Scanning, filing, and attaching Quality and Customer documents within Paper-Vision, SAP, and other related file locations.

    2. Continuously audit scanned files to ensure all data is accurate and properly loaded to the applicable system.

    3. Coordinate and support administrative activities within the Quality Department, including ordering supplies, tools, etc.

    4. Promoting and realizing continuous improvement within the organization.

    5. Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with company's rules and policies.

    6. Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules, guidelines and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.

    7. Must understand and comply with applicable standards. ( i.e.: ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and CMMI).

    8. Maintain and safeguard business records.

    Required Experience

    0-2 years' relevant experience

    High School diploma or equivalent 

    1. Knowledge of Process flow
    2. Understanding of the control and release of documents
    3. Thorough understanding of English language
    4. Ability to read and understand complex instructions
    5. Self-starter
    6. Computer literate
