    About the Role We're seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Wexford, Pennsylvania. This is an in-office position for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping projects organized from start to finish. As the Project Coordinator, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle—from sourcing vendors and securing competitive bids to preparing proposals, coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and managing project closeout for commercial paving projects. Working closely with our sales, operations, and field teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and ensuring every detail is handled with accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities: What You'll DoSource and procure vendors: Identify, qualify, and obtain competitive bids from a minimum of three vendors for each project to ensure the best value and quality. • Develop project proposals: Prepare accurate, professional, and detailed proposals for internal review and client presentation. • Coordinate project scheduling: Manage project timelines by coordinating with vendors and clients, ensuring expectations, deliverables, and schedules are clearly communicated. • Monitor project execution: Maintain organized project documentation, track milestones, and proactively follow up to keep projects on schedule. • Support day-to-day operations: Partner with sales and management to ensure seamless project handoffs, accurate costing, and compliance with company standards and procedures. • Manage project closeout: Verify project completion, collect required documentation, resolve outstanding items, and prepare projects for final invoicing. Qualifications: What You BringExperience in project coordination, procurement, construction management, or a related field; asphalt, paving, or heavy civil construction experience is strongly preferred. • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and follow-through. • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook, along with experience using project management or construction management software. • A process-driven mindset that values accuracy, consistency, organization, and delivering quality work the right way the first time. Compensation: $55,000 base plus quarterly bonus
