Qualifications
_ MUST HAVE:_
- Education: Bachelor's degree in health, human services, Quality/Performance Improvement, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of quality assurance/quality improvement experience in healthcare, multi-site or multi-state healthcare, human services, or Medicaid-funded settings.
- Data Reporting: Ability to interpret KPI dashboards, audit findings, and convert insights into practical actions.
- QA/QC: Working knowledge of QA document development and management as well as working knowledge of quality audit methodologies and root cause analysis.
- Technical Proficiencies: Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint/Teams, CoPilot, document management systems, dashboards/BI viewers, Microsoft 365, excel).
_NICE TO HAVE: _
- Industry Experience: Experience in home and community-based services (HCBS), behavioral health, long-term services and supports (LTSS), or similar.
- Regulatory familiarity: Familiarity with Medicaid waiver programs, state compliance frameworks, and accreditation.
- Professional certifications: CARF
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Therap experience

- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and coach QA staff and leaders, facilitate cross state collaboration, and partner with leadership to align quality initiatives and performance goals.
- Continuous Improvement Focus: Champion data driven quality improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies, supporting corrective actions, and promoting consistent best practices across programs.
