Position Overview
The National Sales Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for incoming national and regional leads. This role is responsible for qualifying and investigating leads, managing all lead activity within the CRM, and coordinating communication with prospects. The National Sales Coordinator ensures leads are handled promptly, accurately documented, and efficiently transitioned through the estimating and follow-up process.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple conversations while supporting a franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
Solicit national leads
Investigate and qualify leads to determine scope, location, and readiness
Accurately upload, track, and document all lead activity and notes in the CRM
Distribute leads to appropriate franchise owners and maintain ongoing communication
Help facilitate estimates by gathering required information and coordinating timelines
Track estimates as they come in and go out, ensuring timely follow-up
Maintain organized records of all communications, estimates, and outcomes
Support national account initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in coordination, inside sales, account management, or customer service
Strong CRM experience (data entry, notes, tracking, follow-ups)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple leads and priorities simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively with franchise owners and internal teams
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
