We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Concrete Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for engaging with residential and commercial customers, understanding their concrete needs (including coatings, repair, resurfacing, and installation), and providing product recommendations, quotes, and sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive company growth. Responsibilities: • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Sales candidate must be personable, enthusiastic and be able to at the same time be aggressive while selling in the residential home • Must be willing to go out in the field every day and build relationships • Highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, outstanding communicator • Deadline-focused, organized, and results-driven are integral to this position • Familiar with putting together pricing and being able to guide clients through the design phase of their floor coating selection • A 45-hour work week is required • A good driving record is required • Sales Consultants should meet the prospect within 2 -5 days after the appointment is set • Sales Consultants should average 3 - 4 appointments per day • The average appointment should be between 30 and 60 minutes • Commission or salary plus Commission for the salesperson from the total sales price of Install • Saturday appointments are possible Qualifications: • Good organization and time management skills • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Compensation: $94,500 - $104,500 yearly
