    A high-growth, values-driven wellness brand is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead U.S. retail and distribution strategy. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on sales leader with strong relationships in the natural products channel and a passion for driving measurable results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and execute U.S. retail & distribution sales strategy across key accounts and brokers

    • Manage and mentor national broker teams to ensure growth and field execution

    • Build direct relationships with top accounts (e.g., iHerb, Vitamin Shoppe, Natural Grocers)

    • Develop data-driven sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and supply chain

    • Optimize pricing, contracts, and inventory to align with revenue targets

    • Launch scalable training and education programs for brokers and retailers

    • Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows

    Requirements

    • 7+ years in CPG/natural supplements sales; proven success with broker networks

    • Strong experience with key natural channel distributors and retailers

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; comfort working remotely and traveling as needed

    • Results-oriented leader who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution
