Responsibilities: Territory: Northeast US (Maine–Pennsylvania) Reports To: VP of Sales As a CSM, you’ll own your territory and drive growth by building meaningful customer relationships, prospecting for new opportunities, and delivering results that align with company goals. You’ll be supported by our proven sales system, ongoing training, and a culture that rewards excellence. You’ll work out of our HQ Location in Chester, NJ, with access to our state-of-the-art Showroom. But you’ll also hit the road for events and customer meetings as we believe proximity is power! Your “Big 3” Responsibilities: • Generate profitable revenue aligned to company + individual goals. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships (not just one-time sales). • Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities across commercial accounts, dealers, universities, and municipalities. Other Expectations: • Maintain accurate data and CRM records. • Attend all company meetings (weekly + quarterly). • In-office position, but Travel for tradeshows and customer meetings as needed (pre-approved). • Consistently meet defined activity standards (meetings, quotes, follow-ups). What Success Looks Like • Hitting (and exceeding!) your annual sales target. • Being fully immersed in The Abs Company sales system. • Representing a brand and product line that stands apart in the fitness industry. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required • Good organization and time management skills • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
