Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Collection Specialist who can empathize with consumers and has the ability to maintain professionalism at all times. The qualifying candidate for this position must meet the following criteria

Can demonstrate outstanding telephone customer service skills

Have ability to empathize with claimants

Can keep all files and maximizes recoveries on assigned claims

Maintains compliance with applicable department of insurance regulations

Have ability to Negotiating settlements

Have ability to skip trace

Have ability to Make 100 phone calls/day

Have strong verbal skills

Have strong attention to detail

Have at least 1 years experience in an insurance industry

We are offering a Full-time job Monday-Friday Schedule 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Starting Hourly rate $16.00-$20.00 Plus commission

Our average collector makes about $65,000.00 annually
