National Service Bureau (NSB) is seeking an Entry Level Business Development Rep to join us at our soon-to-be Sarasota office!

As an Entry Level Business Development Rep for NSB, you will be driven to achieve sales targets by prospecting for new clients and increasing business from existing clients.
Business Development Essential functions:
Generate new B2B business through phone, email and social media efforts
Achieve sales targets and activity goals
Update and manage activities in CRM and other forms of reporting
Qualify inbound leads and assist with lead generation
Effectively conduct discovery calls and online presentations
Negotiate and close client agreements
Successfully transition new clients over to Client Services
Business Development Minimum Qualifications:
Outstanding phone skills
Excellent customer service skills
High degree of follow through and accountability
Professional and positive attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle rejection
Detail oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment
Ability to work from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Business Development Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce or other CRM experience
Experience in the Accounts Receivable Management, Subrogation, Collections, Insurance or related industries
Benefits:
$30,000 to $50,000 Base salary, DOE, plus Commission
