    We are an elite marketing and sales company seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team. We offer a competitive package that includes base pay and commissions. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for representing our company and our clients' products. They will work as part of a sales team to execute sales strategies, brand position strategies, and business development strategies to maximize sales. The role reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Director. Primary Responsibilities Grow the retailer base and overall sales volume in your territory by generating new leads and increasing existing retailer sales Build and manage relationships and develop strong rapport with customer retail buyers, management and sales staff on behalf of the company Promote product placement and work with retailers to secure high visibility placement for products and displays Implement sales plans and coordinate sales efforts with marketing plans Daily maintenance of CRM tool and ordering platform Host in store pop up events for in-store consumer education and promotional events Coordinate with sales team to develop and execute promotions and sales contests Maintain expert level knowledge of our brand, products, and technologies Maintain expert level knowledge of our competitors’ products and brand positions Grow our community profile by representing company at trade/industry events to promote products Meet or exceed sales goals Experience and Core Competencies 1-2 years of relevant professional sales experience preferred Proven ability to effectively communicate and present ideas Proven ability to effectively work as part of a sales team Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of various company products Proven ability to position our products against competitors Strategic thinking, problem solving/analysis Customer-focus mindset Results driven Other Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in sales, business administration, marketing or other relevant focus Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid driver license and use of own vehicle for frequent travel Travel will be required within all regions within the state depending on business needs Ability to use advanced features of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive and Outlook Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days will vary due to business needs. Some holidays and weekends maybe required. Expected Compensation The Territory Sales Representative is reasonably expected to earn between $40,000 – 80,000 annually to start. Compensation will increase in accordance with company growth, sales performance, and personal performance. Second year earnings should be between $80,000 – 120,000.
