Job Title: National Training Manager
Position Description
Temsa North America is searching for a National Training Manager. This position will travel across North America and report to the Orlando FL location. Must be located around Orlando, FL.
Key responsibilities and skills:
Devise and implement training programs that reflect our company strategy, product offerings and goals.
Effectively tailor and deliver training to multiple audiences.
Resolve any specific customer problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success and provide periodic reports.
Develop training manuals and collateral that target tangible results.
Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
Effectively communicate with team members, and management.
Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.
· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels throughout the organization and external vendors, strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive for results. Ability to handle escalated issues to diffuse concerns.
· Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects demonstrating a sense of urgency.
· Must coordinate with Engineering and Warranty for product improvement opportunities.
· Advanced skills and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to use complex software applications to analyze and solve business problems.
· Must be proficient in diagnostic software such as Cummins Insite, AOC and various others.
· Must be able to work weekends and after hours when business dictates a need.
· Share nights and weekends with others
· Be the face of Temsa – attend trade shows and other events.
· Ability to deal effectively in a high stress environment.
· Assist with technical support
· All other duties as assigned.
Education And Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with motorcoach equipment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strategic and creative mindset.
Meticulous attention to detail.
