    This opportunity will be an in-person role centralized out of Cleveland, OH. Must be open to relocating to Cleveland.

    Position Overview:
    As the National VP of Inside Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and driving revenue growth. You will lead a team of inside sales professionals, develop sales processes, and implement best practices to achieve our ambitious sales targets. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving results, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the national inside sales strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
    • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing inside sales team, providing coaching and support to drive success.
    • Sales Performance: Establish performance metrics, monitor sales activities, and analyze data to optimize sales processes and improve team performance.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to ensure alignment in goals and messaging.
    • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key clients and prospects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
    • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the home remodeling or construction industry.
    • Strong understanding of inside sales methodologies and a track record of driving sales performance.
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
    • Analytical and data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance evaluation.
