    Job Description

    General Summary: To support the stores regarding orders sent to both the POS and DVI system.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Respond to portal requests, calls and emails from our stores for customer job orders
    • Key in special orders
    • Process edit jobs and other jobs sent to customer service for various optical or other reasons
    • Track orders, research and expedite necessary or rush jobs
    • Explain problem orders, delays or other issues
    • Tag jobs and utilize reports in DVI and AS/400 to expedite orders
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School graduate or equivalent formal education
    • Must be able to read and write English
    • No specific experience required but an optical background is preferred
