The Position:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regulatory Administrative Assistant. This role will provide crucial administrative support to our Compliance Manager and Regulatory Department, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for from you:

Ability to conduct thorough research and interpret regulatory requirements. Proficiency in data entry and management. Professional writing skills required. Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Basic computer skills, Computer File Management, MS Office programs, QuickBooks, and online shipping.

Compensation: $18.50, DOE
