Our confidential client, a large healthcare network in Hudson County, is looking for a Financial Analyst. This organization prides itself on its patient-focused approach to care delivery, with an emphasis on preventative medicine, health education, and disease management. Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes accounting allocation and spending data to determine financial resources required to develop budgets.
• Tracks expenses, inventories, and budget balances. Measures actual performance against budget.
• Prepares forecasting reports and trend analysis. Develops recommendations for budget allocations that conform with budgetary policies and limits.
• Utilizes financial modeling and data analytics tools.
• Any and all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, business or related
• 2 years previous experience in FP&A is preferred
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred
• Covid-19 and Influenza Vaccinations required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong skills in MS Office suite including advanced skills with Excel
• Ability to get things done and work independently
